So i have a problem with my pc, its a HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2xxx, had it for a year or two, im dealing with pc crashing when playing any game it will go blackscreen then the pc will restart but the screen will still be black when hearing the start up sound, it crash in middle of gaming and starting up a game, and it rarely crashes when not playing a game, tried updating the windows and drivers, still happening, tried factory reset but kept my files, still happening. I dont know what causing the problem.

Welcome to the HP Forum.
Seeing this symptom after doing a factory reset and updating drivers when only playing games usually points to a component problem; either the CPU or the graphics card. So you may have a faulty component, a component heat problem, or a power supply problem.
I can't guess the problem source. But the following tests might assist to isolate the component.
Try Cinebench R23 (free) at this Link to test the CPU. Try Furmark (free) at this Link to test the graphics card. Furmark also has a CPU stress test.
You could also run HWiNFO portable at this Link when running the above tests to check voltages and component temps.
I run the above software to check system stability after building new PCs.
