Hello, I've recently tried to upgrade my 16gb RAM with two new 16gb Kingston Fury beast and the pc starts with no problem no matter how I do it. Although it never recognizes both RAM simultaneously, It doesn't matter which slot i put them in, both work in both slots BUT ONLY when used separately. Also a thing to note, when checking device specs on HP assistant it will always tell me the used memory is in slot one regardless of which slot it is in .HELP!

 

EDIT: Nevermind I put them both back in once more and this time it suddenly worked
