Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bios was updated last in 2009 just seeing what kind of quad core cpu I could put in it a lot on lga 775 are from the 2008 does that mean it would be okay? The mobo name I believe is 

GX798-69003 I’m definitely not 100% sure if someone could confirm be great it’s the pavilion p6110y 6gb ddr2  ram intel pentium e5300

The latest BIOS update is v5.43 if you haven't updated to that version.

 

HP Pavilion p6110y Desktop PC Software and Driver Details

 

The BIOS file was written to be run using Windows Vista.

 

The PC has the HP 'Benicia' motherboard for which I have attached the specs below.
