Pavillon TG01-0113nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi i was wondering if I can run a 3200mhz ddr4 RAM on my TG01-0113nl.

Both motherboard (b550A) and CPU (Ryzen 3600) specs states that a 3200mhz RAM speed is supported.

Can I run this type of memory with full speed capabilities without messing around with BIOS xmp profiles ?

I really don't wanna buy a 3200mhz that will be down-clocked to 2666mhz.

@Attikid , welcome to the forum.

As you stated, the specifications for the motherboard show that PC4-25600 (DDR4-3200) is supported.  Also, here is the memory that is recommended by Crucial Memory:  https://it.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-gaming-tg01-0113nl

For this reason, I believe that you should not have to go into the BIOS/UEFI to change the settings.  If you haven't done so, it would be a good learning experience to go into the BIOS/UEFI to see what can be changed, however.  It is a good way to become more familiar with your computer.
