Hi,
I recently bought an omen 25GL gaming pc, at first it was fine but a few weeks in it would start randomly start restarting, shutting down and crashing. I also noticed that the fans would start to make a lot of noise. I suspect that my CPU might be overheating even thought when i check the temps on the omen gaming hub drivers it says that my temps are at around 75Celsius. I have a 3070ti with a ryzen 7 5700g, with 16gb ram and an 600W power supply.
I would really appreciate if someone could help me out, this has been happening for about 1 month now and it has been driving me crazy. So please if someone has a solution tell me.

Hi
75 C at idle is not normal using a 5700G 65 watt TDP CPU. I have a 5900X that idles around 40 C. A CPU/GPU combo stress test will push the CPU temps to a stable 72 C to 74 C. My GPU (2080 Ti) runs around 76 C when stress testing the card.
Our cards are similar https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-3070-Ti-vs-Nvidia-RTX-2080-Ti/4116vs4027
A graphics card will start to throttle when it hits the 80 + degree Celsius area
Check this free software at https://www.geeks3d.com/furmark/kombustor/ You can benchmark or stress test the GPU as well as the CPU. The 3070 Ti could also be running hot.
Try the free User Benchmark download here https://www.userbenchmark.com/Software
You should be in warranty. I would contact HP https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/desktop for assistance.

Hi
Check this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TjuEXB5uLec and other videos (one video shows how to upgrade the CPU cooler to a AIO liquid cooler) by this author on how to reduce temps in a 25L.
You may void the warranty by replacing parts or if you caused consequential damage when replacing components. The PC would have to be configured to factory specifications if warranty service is required and you did not cause the damage resulting in a warranty claim.
