I've been experiencing a persistent problem with my Windows 11 PC for the past 3-4 months. When I'm playing games like Valorant and press the Windows key to tab out, or when I switch to another application such as the Snipping Tool, my computer freezes but continues to play audio - only the monitor freezes. The only way to fix this is to manually restart the PC. I'm unsure why this is happening and would appreciate any assistance. My PC is still under warranty.
I have already checked all Windows update settings, as well as Intel drivers and Nvidia GeForce drivers. I ran the HP Support application, and there is nothing for me to update. My BIOS is up to date as well. I'm not sure what the issue is.
