@Sky0693, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Steps for OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0011na!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop GT15-0011na is turning on and powering the fans and GPU but not providing power to USB ports or display output, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Step 1: Check External Devices

  1. Disconnect all external devices: Remove all USB devices, external storage, and monitors.
  2. Perform a hard reset: Turn off the computer, disconnect the power cord, and press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.

Step 2: Check Power Supply Connections

  1. Verify the AC adapter and power source: Ensure the power supply unit (PSU) is securely connected and the power cable is plugged into a functioning wall outlet.
  2. Check PSU connections: Ensure that all power connectors from the PSU are properly connected to the motherboard and components.

Step 3: Clear CMOS

Since you’ve already tried resetting the CMOS battery, ensure it was done correctly:

  1. Turn off and unplug the computer.
  2. Remove the CMOS battery: Wait for about 5–10 minutes before reinserting it.
  3. Reconnect the power and turn on the computer.

Step 4: Check Internal Connections

  1. Reseat hardware components:
    • Memory modules: Remove and reseat RAM modules.
    • Graphics card: Ensure the GPU is properly seated in its slot.
    • Power cables: Ensure all power cables are securely connected to the motherboard and GPU.

Step 5: Test with Minimal Configuration

  1. Remove non-essential hardware: Disconnect all non-essential hardware components to identify if any are causing issues.
  2. Start with only essential components: Boot the computer with only the CPU, one RAM module, GPU, and motherboard connected.

Step 6: Verify Display and USB Ports

  1. Test with another monitor: Connect a different monitor to rule out display issues.
  2. Check USB port functionality: Try connecting USB devices to different ports to see if any work

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
