Product: Hp pavillion gaming desktop 690-0010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been having this issue for 2 months now and it is really annoying me. After taking my pc to go to hp repair centers it came back and i plugged it in and downloaded some stuff left the room and came back to it turned off weirdly so i pushed the power button in and nothing happened so I opened it while it was still plugged in and disconnected the power button I found out a way before to turn it on without a power button so I did that and it turned on so I hooked up the power button again and to test it i held it in and the pc turned off so then I tapped it to turn it on again and it turned on but just as it turned on it turned off again immediately kept pressing it and nothing happened

 

I do not think it is the psu because I changed it yesterday and there was no difference same with the power button it was also brand new could it be the motherboard this pc is 8 months old if anyone has a solution please help me

That is an issue you must resolve with that HP repair center.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
