Hello,
I'm doing some benchmarks for my Omen 30L and am seeing that it's underperforming.
For this reason, I've tried to make sure that all my desktop resources are set to Performance mode. I know that there's a setting for this in OMEN Gaming Hub, but when looking into mine, I can't find it. Neither the Overclocking tab. This is how it looks for me .
Why is that?

Hello
the functionalities are different depending on the computer
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06630671
to have an Overclocking function, you must have the OC motherboard model, which is not the case
Intel overclocking is available only on certain computer models with an unlocked processor (K series), including OMEN 25L GT11-1xxx Desktop PC, OMEN 25L GT12-1xxx Desktop PC, OMEN 30L GT13-0xxx Desktop PC, OMEN by HP 880-p0xx Desktop, OMEN X Compact Desktop PC P1000-xxx, OMEN X by HP 900-xxx, OMEN X by HP 900-0xx Desktop, OMEN by HP Obelisk Desktop PC 875-1xx, OMEN X by HP Laptop 15-dg0xxx, and OMEN X by HP 17-apxxx Laptop series.

Sorry, I don't know all possible options of all models
I cannot advise you to read the available documents carefully.
and check, your available functions..
But no, you certainly only have the usual options
Your configuration is more than reasonable
These types of utilities may not be as helpful as this.
it depends on the tests carried out, and what is it compared to, etc.
Now if you are not able to use your computer as it should, you may have another problem.
If you play games, and the system requirements are much lower than the computer's, then maybe you should contact the after-sales service!
