Ever since I've gotten my pc it has performed terribly it can barley run Roblox or Minecraft, takes like 5 minutes to power on. If I try a big performance game like CS:GO, Valorant or The Witcher Wild Hunt it crashes me, on a good day I can run them on the lowest graphics but only for about an hour or so before it crashes. I've seen Youtube reviews of people with my same computer model and no upgrades being able to play games like Cyberpunk 2077?
I use an ethernet cable, No viruses according to spectrum security suite. I have no apps set for startup when I power on,
Task Manager constantly says I have 80% or more memory being used with only my browser (Opera) open (84% currently with again just my browser and this tab open). I have more than 600 gigabytes of storage left. I've tried running almost every diagnostic which always says my computer is fine so I have no idea what the problem can be. 😭
Help??

Hi @Lethal2
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Diagnostic checks will indicate no problems when the hardware is working correctly.
Your PC's specs from this HP Site are as follows:
-Ryzen 5 2400G CPU.
-Eight GBs of single channel system memory (one-eight GB stick of memory). Some of this system memory is dedicated to graphics even when you have a discrete graphics card installed.
-A 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA HDD.
-A 2 GB Radeon RX 550 graphics card.
You will not have a good gaming experience using the components installed in your PC.
I can't explain why other users having the same computer can play games you cannot play unless the users have upgraded components.
You would also need a fast and low latency network and a good router to play online games.
