@jenish_s,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

The Performance Mode option in OMEN Gaming Hub may not be available due to several reasons. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1️⃣ Check for OMEN Gaming Hub & SDK Updates:

  • Open the Microsoft Store, search for OMEN Gaming Hub, and update it to the latest version.
  • Also, ensure that the OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package is installed and up to date.

2️⃣ Verify System Compatibility:

  • Not all OMEN or Pavilion Gaming models support Performance Mode.
  • Please share your exact model number (e.g., OMEN 15-ek0000, OMEN 30L GT13-xxxx) so I can check compatibility.

3️⃣ Update Drivers & BIOS:

  • Visit the HP Support website (https://support.hp.com) and update:
    • BIOS
    • Chipset drivers
    • OMEN Command Center Interface driver

4️⃣ Adjust Windows Power Settings:

  • Go to Control Panel > Power Options and select High Performance or Balanced instead of Power Saver.

5️⃣ Check for Software Conflicts:

  • Some third-party apps like MSI Afterburner, ThrottleStop, or undervolting software can interfere with OMEN Gaming Hub.
  • Try disabling or uninstalling them to see if Performance Mode reappears.

6️⃣ Run System File Checks:

  • Open Command Prompt and run the following commands as Administrator:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    • These commands check for and repair corrupted system files.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please provide your OMEN model number and any troubleshooting steps you've already tried. That will help narrow down the issue.

Looking forward to your response!

Kind Regards,
