I have played action games but my PC is too slow and hanged. I have played the most in Mini Militia game and Shadow fight 2 mod apk. You can check this game and please suggest to me the best gaming pc.

The graphics are good. The game runs on low-end devices pretty smoothly. Of course, it will be better to play on high-end devices like Xiaomi Mi3 and others with high-resolution screens, etc. but at least it can be played on devices like Samsung Galaxy Y and HTC Desire.

There are no major problems with graphics or anything else in the game.

That said, if you just ask for the best gaming pc, without specifying anything, you'll get very broad answers.
You don't give your budget, a good gaming pc is at least 1800€, and for the extra, it will be more than 3500/4000€
at less than 1000 € it is not a gaming computer!
If you don't give a requirement other than the game listed, then you don't need a gaming computer per se.
Personally, with all the bad feedback from users here, I wouldn't recommend the 20/30 l computers known for overheating and various issues.

Although I fear we've stumbled upon a newcomer to the PC (gaming) sphere, I do want to go against this broad statement you've made @Prométhée.
Edit: in this example I actually fail to build <1000€ T_T

Currently, you could get a RTX 3060 for like 480€. Pair that with a B550 Motherboard 100€, Ryzen 5 5600 for around 210€ and 16gb CL16 3200 RAM (70€). Subtotal: 860€
That leaves you 140€ for a case, cpu-cooler and fans: NZXT H510 (75€, 2 fans included), Noctua D9L 50€, Extra Fan 15€
€1000 total, and you must admit there are places to save money in the above configuration.

Or scratch the Extra Fan to pay for shipping, but if you're spending that much I'd expect the shipping to be free 😉

Oops, I forgot storage, PSU and the Windows license (5-300€).
In order to stay under the 1000€ you'd have to budget the RAM, Case & Potentially the CPU-cooler.
Or get an AMD Radeon 6600XT (380€) or perhaps even a previous gen graphics-card.
Although the patient gamer should probably wait for prices to drop a bit more on the current-gen videocards.
