HI @ryanv562
This may be a tough one to fix. The problem could be a hardware problem (operating system drive or RAM) or UEFI boot partition corruption.
Check hardware as follows: Start the PC. Tap "ESC".
Select "F2". Run system and component tests.
You can try the Windows "Repair" function provided by creating USB W10 installation media at this Link. Boot to this drive. Select Repair at the lower bottom left of the dialog screen.
Look at Troubleshoot then Advanced options. Try various Advanced options to see how it goes. I haven't had much luck using these options when the PC locks in an Automatic Repair loop.
Check this YouTuber for a video on how to fix a UEFI boot partition. This is a fairly complex procedure requiring command prompt input to: fix or recreate the boot partition.
I would back up data if you cannot repair the UEFI boot partition. Remove the drive from this PC, connect it to a different PC to copy data to the second PC or external media connected to the second PC.
Then do a clean install if nothing fixes the problem. Or, when I have this problem, I use a known good system image created prior to the problem to get back in business. Having a backup OS image is a life saver.
Regards.
