Hello, i have recently bought hp victus and I don’t know much about laptops. So I don’t knwo but after updating my laptop a blue screen is comming see below 👇 the stop code is umountable boot problem i have done everything like what every sol was there in utube nd after also after scanning the qr code but I couldn’t open the troubleshoot option 🥲 don’t know  what to do  cuz of this even i am missing my online course😞. Even i called hp customer care but they didn’t call me back . Please help 🙏

What did you do, please undo those updates because you may update/upgrade a wrong thing.
