I would like to know if it is normal for my omen 25i monitor to have some incompatibility with the ps4.
Happens when I close a game and the monitor goes black and without sound and after 2 seconds it comes back on.
Could be because of the hertz ?

Hi @Vitor10,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your Omen 25i monitor when using it with your PS4. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Check the cables: Make sure that the cables connecting your PS4 to the monitor are properly connected and not loose. Try unplugging and replugging them to make sure they are firmly connected.
- Check the input source: Ensure that the monitor is set to the correct input source that the PS4 is connected to. Use the monitor's menu to select the input source and ensure that it matches the connection of your PS4.
- Check the PS4 settings: Make sure that the PS4 is set to output video in the correct format that is supported by the monitor. Check the PS4 video output settings and ensure that they match the resolution and refresh rate of the monitor.
- Try a different device: If possible, try connecting a different device to the monitor using the same cables to determine if the issue is with the monitor or the PS4.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
