Guys I was wondering..  Will a i7 13000k work in a i7 13000f motherboard. I have a Oman 40L computer.. Though it has a ArctciOC motherboard (ddr5). Just wondering if a i7 13000f will work in it..

Hi @britlord

Welcome back.

Check this HP Site for a list of processors your MB supports.

You can do "K' CPUs. And you can upgrade to Intel 14000 series CPUs if desired.

Thanks for the welcome. but I'll rephase the question. I also have a Arctic motherboard which is not the overclock version. Will a i7 13000k which is 125watt work in that motherboard,.. Oh I'm also putting together a 45L. I bought the empty case from HP and will be adding all Oman parts in it, but I don't know the length of the cooling hose's because I have to make 2 up and refill the aio.. Anyone know the length..

Hi @britlord

My pleasure.

The Arctic MB seems to be limited to 65 watt TDP CPUs even though this MB is an Intel Z790. So, a "K' CPU may or may not work.

Maybe the Arctic VRMs are lacking. And HP would have to include "K" CPU BIOS signatures for this MB to see a "K" processor.

I don't know if the existing HP AIO liquid cooler has enough tubing length to work in the 45L case. HP has Asetek design the liquid cooling systems to match specific case dimensions.

You would have to measure the tubing length to see if it works with the Cryo Chamber.
