Hello,
I got a problem yith the speed of my RAM, she is stuck in 2133MHz but the motherboard say that she support 2666MHz (and my RAM is 3200MHz). Why she isn't at 2666MHz ?
My BIOS don't have advance setting so i can't use XMP... Thanks for the help

Hello
you do not give the exact model of the computer
you have added memory, or replaced everything?
what we tell you, is partly possible!
but you might have a simple incompatibility problem
maybe not easy to find, but it could work with other ram

Hi,
I guess you had 2666 using the HP factory memory modules. Now you buy retail memory modules but they default to 2133. 2133 is the default speed on the Intel 300 series chipset. What I have stated is very possible. Your MB does not support XMP.
The only way to disprove my theory is to buy more memory modules from different manufacturers (very expensive and pointless) or try to buy HP memory modules. The HP memory modules should run at 2666 but are difficult to find. Check eBay or provide a product number. My anecdotal experience checking HP Part Surfer (Part Surfer) using the product number has yielded very few positive results. The part is probably not available.
The best option is to check Crucial Memory (Link) for compatible memory modules. It is possible these modules may not run at 2666.

hi
I do not disagree
this is a recommendation that I have repeated many times
But HP modules can be overpriced
options are possible, we still need to be sure of the model
There were manipulations, more or less risky, that I do not recommend
We can very well have the problem indicated here, if you keep the original modules, incompatibility between the two
Some examples, to sort out:

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Desktops/I-can-t-change-the-XMP-profile/m-p/7939056
you should be able to find other examples
Otherwise,
either you prefer to keep it like this with a lot of memory, but with a slight loss of speed, which may not be felt too much
or waste time in research and testing effectively
