I have an HP GT15-0340qd desktop. The lights were working great till today but now the front and fan lights do not come on at all. I check the connections and nothing is loose. I checked for update; windows, omen hub and hp support assistant. I even reinstalled omen hub. I have ran out of ideas on how to fix this short of replacing it. I have only had the desktop a month if that.
Before I request an RMA does anyone else have any ideas I could try to resolve this?

@tintodd , welcome to the Community.
Normally, a problem like you are having is a software related. I suggest downloading the latest version of Omen Hub to see if that solves your problem. Even if you have the latest version it may have a glitch and reinstalling it from a new source may be the solution.
I wonder if Corsair ICUE will work with your system? You might want to give it a try.

Sadly I have already tried a complete reintall of Omen Hub to no avail.
I already have Icue for my keyboard and Omen isnt supported... unless you mean to buy their case lighting kit, which defeats the purpose of buying a PC that already had LEDs

No, I wasn't suggesting that you use Corsair lighting strips. It would defeat the purpose of having them already in your case.
You might check the updates that you have installed to see if any of them is causing a conflict with the Omen Hub. Otherwise, I am a a lost as to what is causing the problem.
