Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to know whether the RX5600 xt is a viable upgrade to the 1060 3gb on my HP omen 880-127ns (Tampa2 mbd)

Is 500w enough?

Does the graphic card of 267mm fit in? Does it need an adaptor?

 

Specifically, the MSI Radeon RX 5600 XT.

Thank you for an interesting inquiry.

1) MSI RX 5600Xt is 297mm long (11.6").  You said 267mm.

2) Tampa2 mbd is 9.4" .  You should cut a piece of rigid cardboard 5.1" x 11.6" and see if it fits.

3) Card requires 2x8pin PCIE power plugs.  Do you have that?

I've realized I do not have 2x8pin PCIE power plugs. Which ones should I buy? Does the PSU not come by default with them?
