My understanding is that your Fury Beast RAM requires BIOS XMP profile access or some other RAM-speed manipulating software tool such as Intel's XTU -that is, if HP allows it, in order to achieve 3200 MHz speed. Therefore, without a software RAM speed fix/modification, you are sadly 'stuck' at the JEDEC 2400 MHz default speed.
The other HP RAM I referenced doesn't need XMP to reach 3200 MHz speeds. Apparently, as shown, at least one User figured out how to increase/boost HP-Kingston labeled 3200 MHz RAM speed to 3467 MHz. How, I don't know, but I am continuing to look into that.

By the way, May the 4th be with you.
Joking aside, unfortunately, you are bringing up a recurrent issue. One I have battled with myself, along with many other Users such as here -you should really read @Mender444' message: Omen 25L: how to upgrade your RAM and be happy - HP Support Community - 8003430.
The core issue is that HP systems are rather finnicky when it comes to RAM speed. What is/are the specific HyperX RAM part number(s)?

The reason why I am asking for your upgraded RAM part number, is because few RAM is capable to reach 3200 MHz on your Omen 25L, specifically these RAM sticks which can: Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-8X (4 x 8GB) or Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-16XR (2 x 16GB) -or higher, even clocked at a whopping 3467 MHz (see: HP OMEN 25L Desktop GT11-1xxx Performance Results - UserBenchmark).
[EDIT:] And lest I forget, these RAMs are also capable to reach 3200 MHz on your PC: Kingston KF3200C16D4/8GX (8 GB stick), Kingston KF3200C16D4/16GX (16 GB stick), Kingston HP37D4U1D8HD-8X (8 GB stick), and Kingston HP37D4U1D8HD-16X (16 GB stick).
And did I mention that HP system RAM speeds are finnicky as to what RAM is installed?
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,

Which specific build do you have?
I run an Omen 25L GT12-1561nd and it's BIOS (F.12 on a B550 Orisa motherboard) has an 'advanced' menu that only shows up AFTER you've put in the new sticks. It allows you to pick from Default - Custom or XMP profile.
I'm running my Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16 32gb @1600x2 (which is 3200MT/s)

4. Adds Non-HP memory OC support page under BIOS setup menu
But indeed, it will depend on the motherboard, and if available from a bios update!
so far this was mainly possible with OC models of motherboards
