OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-102ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Like I mentioned in the title, I have problems with random game crashes. I´m sorry in advance for any mistakes, but I decided to write as a German in American forums, as I hope to get more help here. Normally my games are freezing and then crashing to the desktop.

This is the error code shown in the event manager after my game crashed:

Protocol name: System

Source: nvlddmkm

Date: 02/08/2021 14:23:39

Event ID: 13

Task category:None

Level: Error

Keywords:Classic

User: Not applicable

Computer: ---------

Description:

The description for event ID "13" from source "nvlddmkm" was not found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on the local computer, or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event occurred on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was saved with the event:

\Device\Video3

Graphics Exception: ISR 0x404490=0x80000001

The message resource exists, but the message was not found in the message table

Hello
obviously you have a problem with the video card and its driver
Try reinstalling or updating the graphics driver
If this does not solve the problem it is possible that the card is defective

OK, thanks @Paul_Tikkanen
but since there may be a problem, although I regularly use NVIDIA drivers.
It is best to use the HP drivers first !
