Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-0414no PC  and i have had random fps spikes where the fps drops for about 2-3 seconds.

It happens sometimes about every 10 minutes.

It's annoying especially when playing a game.

 

Fps spikes are not caused by the power of the machine, because the computer runs games well. I have updated all the drivers and cleaned the computer parts
