hi

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/omen-by-hp-45l-gaming-desktop-pc-gt22-0000a/2100851548/model/21...

which model do you have exactly?
It restarts if you play, ok, but all games, examples of games?
If it usually restarts it may be caused by overheating
please check resting and gaming temperatures

Here's my full config:

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3090

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12 Core

RAM: 64 GB Kingston 3200MHz

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Version: 19044.1865

System board: 8949 11
System BIOS: F.12

As I said before, it doesn't restart. The fans and the rgb lights stays on, but the monitor goes blank and it says: "No Signal", like it does when a monitor is not connected to a computer but it has power.

The games I have faced this issue with are Far Cry 6, Cyberpunk 2077, GOW, and Destiny 2. Though after posting this, I've reached out to a friend of mine who works in IT. He told me to remove the graphics card and reinstall it, so I did that. Then played some FC6 and Destiny 2, haven't faced the issue yet.

I am having the same exact problem. I'm mostly playing Valorant in the practice range and after 3-5minutes of just practicing, the screen goes black. The computer is still on like you mentioned because of the lights and also one time I happened to have my spotify on in the background and the music would continue to play as if nothing had happened. Could this be a power supply problem? I've seen similar post on these forums but, no one has found a fix or HP has not addressed this yet.

Hey, I think I found a fix. I shared this problem of mine in my facebook gaming community, and someone told me to undervolt my pc. He and many others told me that 800 psu is not enough for power hungry hardware like ryzen 9 and rtx 3090. So I did that using msi afterburner and no shutdown since. you can find many tutorials on youtube. Try it, and please let me now the result.
Now, if it IS a psu problem, will HP give us a new one since it's their fault?
