Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New out-of-box failure for Razer - Kiyo Webcam on HP. Using HP Pavilion Desktop - 10th Gen Intel Core i7-10700F - Radeon RX 550 with Dell - S2721HGF 27" gaming - LED Curved FHD FreeSync and G-SYNC Compatible Monitor, Windows 10 OS 64-bit. Getting Camera error code: 0xA00F4244. Not a hardware or software issue, as the camera appears in my device list as functioning properly, but software freezes on launch. Either getting a black screen or a snapshot thru the webcam lense, so I know the camera is working, but then software crashes. Using Razer Synapse app for the Kiyo webcam. As the program crashes it briefly flashes that the Razer Synapse app is 32-bit. Any ideas how to make this webcam work on this system? Is this a 32-bit versus 64-bit OS issue?

@Specialist2 , welcome to the Community.

I suggest that you contact Razer's Tech Support for help.  I don't believe your problem has anything to do with the HP components.  It is most likely an incompatibility with the software/driver provided by Razer.
