I have a connectivity problem which only affects me while gaming or working. My internet conecction is quite good, I don't have problems while surfing the net or doing other minor tasks.

The problem is when I try to play some games and also working. My conection has a ping issue, which affects me every 50-60 seconds and make the computer useless.

 

I`ve tried ping google server 8.8.8.8 and I found that every 40-50 seconds I have a 2000 o more ms PING. The rest of the time the ping is normal (between 10-15 ms).

 

I`ve checked other devices and I can be sure that my internet has no problem at all.

Not sure I can help,  but was curious.

Can you confirm it happens while on wireless only?

Does it go away when using the same workload if you are tethered with the Ethernet cable and wireless is turned off?
