Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I purchased an hp Pavilion 15 dk series gaming laptop on 26th of March 2020, one month before the offer ends.

I bought it off of amazon, and i saw the offer given below in the purchase page, and confirmed that the offer did apply to my laptop as it has a 9th gen Intel i7 core.

Now the question is I still haven't received the email attaching the product code or anything. Not a single mail from intel, Amazon, or HP. I'm at a loss at what to do right now. 

Please respond HP.

You still have 4 days left before they have to email you the code.

 

Where I live they have 30 days not 2 weeks.

 

Anyway, make sure to look for that email in your Promotional mailbox, Junk mail and Spam, just in case.

 

Once 2 full weeks have passed call em up for sure.
