Welcome to the HP Support Community @Alduin

Do you mean the plastic caddies that have the 2 tabs on top???

No, on the right side of my current HDD, there's a metal tab you have to pull back to slide the HDD out.

@Alduin

OK found it.

There are four torx head system screws on the sides of the hard drive.

Sometimes they will screw some extras on the HDD cage???

They are used on many models including IBM, Dell and others.

@Alduin

Take one off and go to any local "Mom and Pop" computer store.

They should be able to match it up.

I have a couple dozen scrap drives with the screws still attached.

You should be able to find someone local that has them.

Thanks, but the screws aren't the problem.

I don't know what type of caddy works in my PC.

I believe I need a tool less  one so it can slide in and lock in place, but I'm not positive.
