I run both linux and window on my pc . When I run linux it doesnot flicker but when i run window it flicker so much i can i fix this issure .  I think the issue is in software.

Use ddu and reinstall your GPU drivers in windows.

Yes, I am telling it to do in the safe mode of windows. after thatTry clean boot:

1. Press Win + R, type `msconfig`, press Enter.
2. General tab → choose Selective startup→ uncheck “Load startup items”.
3. Services tab → check “Hide all Microsoft services” → click Disable all.
4. Startup tab → click Open Task Manager → disable all startup items.
5. Click OK → Restart.
→ Now Windows runs with only essential services (no extra apps).

Now Restart
