Whenever I turn secure boot on I get a secure boot violation and then I click submit and a boot device not found hard disk - (3F0) error. I have tried reflashing with a usb, redownloading bios f.24, resetting and putting default keys on. I am also on eufi and I’ve followed many YouTube tutorials trying to fix it and nothing works.

Greetings,

A UEFI Secure Boot error generally suggests unsigned code is attempting to run during a POST before the OS loads.

Is Windows and are all driver software up to date? Did you install any Legacy add-in MB components?

A 3F0 error indicates the OS is corrupted or the disk is failing.

Repeatedly tap "F2" at startup. Then check the PC's hardware using HP Hardware Diagnostics.

Check Windows Security>Device Security>Secure Boot to verify the system's security certificates are up to date.

You should see the following if your PC is up to date:

You could try removing the CR2032 MB battery, waiting for about five minutes, and reinstalling the CR2032 MB battery when the PC is disconnected from AC power to reset CMOS.

Regards
