Hello,

I have an HP OMEN 30L GT13-0xxx running BIOS F.32 (dated 3/31/2025). Since updating the BIOS, I have been unable to enable Secure Boot.

Whenever Secure Boot is enabled, the system displays the error:

“Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected. Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.”

I have already:

  • Restored HP factory Secure Boot keys
  • Attempted Platform Key enrollment
  • Rebuilt the EFI boot files using BCDBoot
  • Confirmed Windows 11 is installed in UEFI mode
  • Confirmed Windows Boot Manager is the primary boot device
  • Verified TPM is present and functioning

Despite all of these steps, Secure Boot still cannot be enabled and Windows reports Secure Boot as Off.

Can you please provide:

  1. A recovery procedure for the Secure Boot database,
  2. An older BIOS version (such as F.31) for rollback testing, or
  3. Confirmation whether BIOS F.32 has any known Secure Boot issues on the OMEN 30L GT13-0xxx platform.
