My order was set to ship yesterday, but it hasn't even progressed to "order assembly" yet. I haven't gotten any notification that it would be late nor has the estimated ship date changed at all. How much longer am I going to wait? Why can't the order page update me with times? I've seen other people complaining that their orders take sometimes MONTHS longer than your estimated times. I wouldn't have ordered from HP if I knew this was going to be such a big problem. I wouldn't even care if you just put the right shipping time in the first place, but its been a month of "order processing" already. I would at least like an update on my $1,800+ product.

Probably you already know: many machines come from another countries, most likely China. With our current situation: many ports have been locking down therefore very hard to say when. I sometimes say: only God knows.
I believe all vendors (including HP) are trying to do their best to deliver their products to customers but many things are out of their control. Very sad: 10 areas in my City will be locked down again from tonight, the state government plan was to open border (state) last weekend but now we can't travel to other states or even 10 suburbs in my city.
