Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A2AV)

My pc won’t boot correctly it says I can’t install windows because my hard drive has a failure and I don’t know what to do I chose to reset and reboot my pc because I wanted to play red dead again and I get greeted with this can anybody help ? My email is [personal information removed] thank you !

@Osozeke220 , welcome to the Community.

 

When your hard drive fails your only option is to replace it.  If you haven't made a backup of your personal data you will not be able to retrieve it.
