@Blythespirit,

Well, according to Nvidia, yes: https://www.nvidia.com/en-me/geforce/graphics-cards/rtx-2060/ (needs one 8-pin PCIe power cable):

Another very nice graphics card option which has a 450-watt power supply minimum requirement, would be the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1660 OC 6GB, as seen here (needs one 8-pin PCIe power cable): Amazon.com: Gigabyte Gv-N1660OC-6GD GeForce GTX 1660 OC 6G Graphics Card, 2X Windforce Fans, 6GB 192....

Check out its specs: GeForce® GTX 1660 OC 6G Specification | Graphics Card - GIGABYTE Global

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,

Will the PSU be able to handle a 2060?, I'm a bit dubious.

Also, what would be the most powerful GPU i could put in that system and be confident of it's reliability?

you won't be able to be certain of the reliability of anything..
But do you really need something much more powerful, does it play games for example that need a very powerful graphics card, maybe not..
But if not, you have a table here, which gives examples, you can find others

Nvidia, specifies that the power of the power supply can vary according to the configuration

And so you have to check this directly with the manufacturer.
