So I'm using Victus By HP. Everything is fine but I would like to know why Omen Gaming Hub is causing every single app to overlap on the taskbar? Here: should all apps be below taskbar

@RandomGuyLolol, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Victus by HP laptop!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It looks like you're using a Victus by HP laptop and noticing that apps are overlapping the taskbar — and it started happening after using Omen Gaming Hub. You're right, normally all apps should stay above the taskbar.
This can happen if Omen Gaming Hub forces a full-screen mode or modifies display scaling/settings in the background. Here’s what you can try:
Restart Explorer:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc → go to Processes → find Windows Explorer, right-click and select Restart.
Check Taskbar Settings:
Right-click the Taskbar → Taskbar settings → toggle Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode off and on.
Disable OGH Overlay (if enabled):
Open Omen Gaming Hub → check if any performance overlay or game tools are on → turn them off.
Update/Reinstall OGH:
If the issue started after a recent update, uninstall and reinstall OGH via HP Support Assistant or Microsoft Store.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
