Accidentally spilled some water onto of the computer. Tried drying off all the water with a blow dryer. At first it would just turn off and on but now it turns on and stays on but the screen is black. Theres also 3 beeps that are long and 3 beeps that are short whenever I start the computer, any suggestions?

@Wgolden808 , welcome to the forum.

I suggest removing the video card and connecting your monitor directly to the appropriate Integrated Video port.  Integrated video is not available with a video card installed.  I believe the BIOS beep code that you are receiving is because of the video card.
