Product: Omen 870-244
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

It’s making 3 loud beeps followed by another 2 not that loud and then everything turns on but nothing it’s displayed and it doesn’t let me use any keys on the key board or anything but it turns on an all same with the mouse

You 3.2 description suggests a RAM (memory) problem.

 

If you can remove and re-seat the memory module first, before trying a replacement.

 

If in doubt please ask.
