Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.

You cannot add a TPM 2.0 device if it didn't come with one.
You can check the security settings in your PC's BIOS to see if your PC has a TPM 2.0 device but it is disabled.
If you are wanting to do this because of the TPM 2.0 requirement to upgrade to W11, your PC's processor is not supported by Microsoft for W11.
Needs to be an Intel 8th generation core processor and your PC's motherboard cannot support an upgrade to one of those according to the specs.
