I own an HP Omen 30L desktop (AMD platform). My system’s TPM 2.0 shows a Manufacturer Version of 3.84.0.5. Activision has documented that all AMD TPM firmware versions ending in .0.x fail TPM attestation and cause issues running Call of Duty (Warzone/Black Ops). They state this requires a firmware update from the system manufacturer.

I have already checked for BIOS updates on HP’s website, but none are available for my system. Could you please provide me with a BIOS update (or beta firmware) that includes the corrected AMD TPM firmware (version 3.x.2.x or higher)?

Greetings,

My take on your situation is as follows since no one else has responded:

HP has been working on this problem MB by MB.

I don't work for HP so I could not tell you if, or when, your MB will get the future BIOS update required to correct the TPM 2.0 manufacturing version problem.

Continue checking your HP PC's driver download site for the latest BIOS update, or a future BIOS update, or use HP Support Assistant.

Maybe a Forum HP Support Agent can assist. There are many HP Support Agents in this Forum helping other Forum users.

Look. I have a MSI B550 MB (circa 2020) having the same problem.

I don't know if MSI will provide a fix. So I'm thinking about doing a: MB upgrade, a CPU upgrade, and a memory upgrade.

You may have to look at getting a new PC if you want to play COD.

Regards
