I mean I know BIOS update is needed to fix the issue but if by doing all this process at the end can expedite the BIOS update process then why not just provide them with all the info.

Honestly really disappointed in HP. Every other manufacturer working with Activision and getting a bios update ready for the beta, yet HP has done nothing. This has been brought up to them since August, two months before the release of the beta. I have no confidence this will be fixed before the actual release of the game. Such a shame, will look to move on from HP soon. Just ridiculous at this point, and feel sorry for the people who newly purchased an HP and are unable to play the game.

A bit concerning as every other company is spitting out BIOS updates so fast.

The lack of urgency from HP as a customer is a bit disappointing to say the least.

Also downloading that program did nothing.

I have ran the ImageDiags app as requested and possess a ZIP file with output. Where can we upload the logs in regards to, the TPM attestation issue plaguing: ALL these HP mobo's of yours? Product: 575P7AA#ABA Bios: F.36 (august 2025) TPM version: 3.94.0.5 https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/pa-420.html

im at a loss of words. 2 months in and they are still asking for logs we cannot upload.

If its any consolation I have the old TPM with the zero on a HP Pavillion (Not an OMEN) that has a Ryzen 5 AM4 (older) processor and I was able to play the free open Beta for COD BO7 with no issues (even with a GTX card....)  Eventually HP your IT guys should do their own research into the problem. GIGABYTE.MSI. ASUS. all the big name Mobos Companies have already implemented BIOS updates to the most current version. I'm not sure if DELL/ALIENWARE or any other premade consumer PCs have followed suit but they also are definitely late to the game. The sooner the better HP. Im sure its not helping your cause with the gaming community. Im sure your IT team can crack the code for getting the update information for AMD mobos

I missed that this thread existed and was just pointed here from one I created.

I'm not going to attempt to grab the logs, or disabling antivirus.  Looks like a stall tactic so it appears like there is action on HP's side.

I'm assuming HP is just assuming this is just a video game problem and prioritizing it as such.  Some of us make purchasing decisions in industries that care about security.  When HP equipment is compared to its competitors, we'll remember that you were one of the only ones not updating secure boot vulnerabilities and a video game company had to block your systems.

Bumping this thread for visibility.
