Still no updates and i've now become bored with HP....... Unacceptable and totally inexcusable for it to be like this. This truly feels like we the consumer is being slapped in the face by those of corporate greed, and wouldn't be surprised if hp's intentional lack of action was in hopes for those affected would buy new  devices... The minimal efforts being displayed only 4 devices were given updates... It has to be asked... Who's decision was it at HP to  not send the FTPM bios updates to the Ryzen 1000 - 5000 series cpu's line up to your consumers especially when the fix was clearly given to HP TWO YEARS AGO...

How is it possible that HP is not doing anything to solve this issue with their motherboards?

All games that use TPM 2.0 for anti-cheat cannot be played. I'm surprised to see that more affected customers aren't complaining, but we're talking about a problem on a PC that still sells for €1,000 today.

Hopefully someone at HP will take notice soon, but for now, we need to keep discussing the issue in forums so that people are aware of it and HP's practices with its products.

Hello I noticed you replied to My message for not being able to play COD bo7 yet, which has been very heart breaking, but it is what it is, whats more important is the fact you gues worked with due dillegence to get us a fix as soon as possible.  On my HP assistant it shows no updtes  I have a Omen 30L

I also tried to click on the Omen 25L link you posted since I have a Omen 30L hoping they were the same, but the entire site turns to Japanese,  so i thought it was on my end, i clicked the laptop ling u posted below the 25L link and that one comes up english, so i cant even tell if the 25L bios update would work on the 30L @animatryx

Did you get a fix?  I have the 30L aswell, was hoping u herd something, or maybe got a link sent to you?  I have been trying to grind Cod with my friends for a week, no one will want to camo grind with me by the time I am able to even play! @fregenthal

Sorry to Reply again just trying to get you all my info, When i click Softwware and drivers, it then has me click my PC   i scroll down to Bios firmware says release date Apr.6 2025 Version F.32 Rev.A   which is the one i updated on the 13th of nov.

you can play the game just dismiss the message for bios upgrade, it works for me been playing since it came out i thinking when battle royal comes out it wont let me play enless update

OK, thank you for verifying this, because I can play warzone still, by just dismissing, i was told, if i have secure boot on and tpm 2.0 and i am able to click dismiss on warzone then i should be able to play BO7.  I just didnt want to purchase it yet without 100%, because i would see people say just click dismiss on day 2 of launch so i wasnt sure if it was still working liek that for those people.   But this verifies it, when i google it, it says no i wouldnt be able to play, but if i search it in a different way it will say I can play if i can play warzone.   So getting a confident reply helps!       But they just posted the fix for this on an OMEN25L abd i have a OMEN30L which is newer, so that bogles me!
