hello, I will need help, I have the sims 4 on my pc and I can launch it except that after some time of play, I receive a notification which marks me this: The TS4x64.exe application has not could not access the video material and after my game cuts off immediately and I return to my computer desktop, I tried to contact nvidia and microsoft who all answered me to contact hp but impossible to have the chance to speak with an hp agent by chat. Does anyone know what to do, please? You can answer me in English or French. Thanks in advance.
