OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000i (1S3R6AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Had this product for 7 months but starting about 2 months ago sometimes when I am gaming the system goes into hibernation at first I thought it was a problem just on that one game I happened to be playing at the time but then it happened on another. I then tried to find the reason and saw in Event Viewer that the following error occurred.

Event 88, Kernel-Power

The system was hibernated due to a critical thermal event.
Hibernate Time = ‎2023‎-‎07‎-‎19T09:29:55.208112500Z
ACPI Thermal Zone = \_TZ.HPTZ
_HOT = 371K

When I first got this desktop I ran the intelligent overclock which worked fine for the first 5 months, after my finding out the issue I changed to using the default overclocking but the error is still occurring.

I have not opened the case since I got the desktop 7 months ago, I was planning on cleaning it out yearly.

Any help would be appreciated.
