Hello every one! How can i get size for pads on hp 3060ti?

i dont know what serial number he have, im tried 30 minutes for send mail for tech.supps, and im not!!

 

please, hp, can you send me a size’s of pads for 3060ti?

my card have 87 degrees in 100% load scene. I need to fix that.. thanks you, if you send me.

I would contact HP Support for factory warranty service if your PC is in warranty.

 

I don't think HP will send you thermal pads for your 3060 Ti. HP would probably replace the graphics card if your PC is in warranty and HP agrees this component is defective.

 

Or have a local PC Tech check the graphics card to see what can be done to improve thermals.
