I assume that you are talking about an OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0xxx as fitted with the Dorado motherboard (SSID: 8704)?

 

In terms of how the specs of the system you referenced performs playing Call of Duty and PayDay, you should be able to play these games just fine in high 1080P settings.

One note: you should preferably have at least 2 x 8GB of RAM.
