Microsoft Windows 11

I was transporting this PC (Omen 25L) to a new place (rather carelessly) and ended up with the top part out of place. It’s still connected but it’s flimsy. The computer still turns on and works just fine, but my only issue is that due to the displacement on top I’m unable to use any of the ports in the front (except for the power button). Any idea how to fix this? I’ve tried to “snap it back in place” by applying pressure but that’s just about as far as my brain goes.

Hi @ArcWrites

Check out this HP YouTube video.

Look at time stamp 00:36 (Access Panel) and timestamp 46:52 (Front Bezel) before attempting to correct the Top Bezel at timestamp 1:00:03. You also might have to remove the Front Compartment at timestamp 57:56.

You may need HP Factory Service if you cannot fix the Top Bezel using instructions found within the YouTube video.

Maybe a local PC Tech can fix this.
