Computer been running super slow all around, internet browsing and gaming the most. Would try running a game and it would take me to a blue screen and then restarting. Tried doin a factory reset and keep my files reset and half way though it goes to a blue screen again and says computer can not be restarted...

@westfinity , welcome to the forum.
It sounds like you may have an issue with more than the OS and software on the computer. The fact that it was running supper slow makes me consider a hardware problem. Here is a guide to help you use the Cloud Recovery. You should check here before trying to use it. It doesn't work with all models: To determine if your model is supported, go to HP PCs - HP Cloud Recovery Tool Supported Platforms. If this doesn't work, let me know.
