So, I got a new CPU/Ryzen 5 and I put it into the computer, I could not wait to play my games when I realized the screen wouldn't start up. I could not figure it out, so I looked online and saw that it was for most people a bios update issue. I then started to attempt to update the bios and I got to the part where it gives you the link to download the bios, and I then started the update and it downloaded. I then opened the new downloaded file and made sure I was downloading the next application correctly, I then hit download and it downloaded. but when I tried to open the next application, it would not open and I have been stuck ever since. I would be so excited if you could help me. Thanks!!
