Trying to upgrade my graphics card but getting no signal on the monitor

HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a Gigabyte geforce gtx 1050 ti low profile graphics card to try and upgrade it for some gaming but when install it my monitor works but will not display anything. it says no signal. now ive tried to disable the graphics card that is on the computer because i heard that might work but im not the most computer savvy so if anyone could tell me what i need to as if you were talking to someone who has no clue what they are doing! thank you!

You have 2 problems. That is a circa 2011 machine.  The GTX 1050Ti is a UEFI BIOS.

1) The first thing to do is to remove the GTX 1050Ti, and run this program. Report back the BIOS mode.

2)  GTX 1050Ti card is 75W.  PCIEx16 slot only 25W on the SFF.   So you made an error!
