Hi, I just bought some new ram for my omen pc ( 2x16 corsaire vengeance 3200mhz) and I’m unable to activate xmp in the bios and in xtu. Is there any solution to that ?

If you are at all familiar with my legacy HP desktop upgrade projects, you'll see I had to (and likely will!) go by trial-and-error at times. Meaning, I bought RAM that didn't work out, and I had to return it to Seller and got my money back.
Reason why I start with this 'disclaimer' of sorts, is that my following RAM purchase suggestions may -or may not work out.
As mentioned, the Corsair CMW32GX4M2E3200C16 2x16GB RAM kit can run at 3200 MHz, and is sold by Newegg-Canada: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) I 840006613251 | eBay, BUT, the Seller doesn't allow for returns. That would be a big no-no for me.
Perhaps we should look at quality, so-called non-gaming RAM, as I have had great success with them -such as:
1.) Crucial CT2K16G4DFRA32A 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin.
2.) TIMETEC 75TT32NU2R8-16GK2 EXTREME PERFORMANCE HYNIX IC 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin.
3.) And you'll need two of these: Samsung M378A2G43AB3-CWE 16GB, DDR4 PC4-25600, 3200 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin.
Shop around (Amazon-Canada, eBay-Canada, Newegg-Canada, etc.), and see if any of the aforementioned suggestions appeal to you AND Seller allows you to return RAM.
Hope this was helpful.

Hi
HP limits XMP RAM compatibility on your MB.
HP branded RAM only, or a select few after market modules.
@NonSequitur777 may have some compatible memory upgrade options if any exist.
I am pretty sure Corsair memory is not going to run at 3200.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Indeed, @Bill_To is correct: HP PCs are very particular when it comes to RAM and especially achieving max RAM speed.
According to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=1N3Y3AV, your OMEN 25L GT12-1189 DESKTOP PC (1N3Y3AV), is fitted with the Oasis motherboard (p/n: M47176-601) with SSID: 886B -please verify.
Looking here: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-OMEN-25L-Desktop-GT12-1xxx/235286, you almost exclusively see these desktops fitted with HP branded Kingston RAM running at 3200 MHz:
Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-8X 2x8GB and Kingston HP37D4U1S8ME-16X 2x16GB.
With remarkable few exceptions.
Here is one exception running at 3200 MHz: Kingston KF3200C16D4/8GX 4x8GB
Various Corsair CMT32GX4M2C3200C16 2x16GB running at the lower SPD (default) 2133 MHz RAM speed, but, surprisingly, I located one OMEN 25L GT12-1189 where Corsair CMW32GX4M2E3200C16 2x16GB actually was running at 3200 MHz -but mind you, that was one of very few exceptions.
I gave up after reviewing each individual UserBenchMark performance score checking out RAM speeds after the second page, but perhaps there may still be documentation of 'alternative' RAM that performs well in an OMEN 25L GT12-1189.

That depends on the RAM speed achieved by your current RAM.
The difference between 2133 and 3200 MHz RAM speed for most games would not be significant.
However, reportedly some games such as Fallout 4 have shown a noticeable fps increase with faster RAM, but for the most part, no, it shouldn't make a huge difference -except when you use your desktop for rendering, compression, and video editing, then you'll definitely notice the difference.
