Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My omen gaming hub was not opening (loading different messages infinitely). So I decided to uninstall and reinstall it. It unistalled but then when I wanted to reinstall it. It didn't let me (see attachment)Screenshot 2023-12-02 193550.png
